Hot Sauce CRM sends recurring text messages about appointment reminders, account updates, promotions, and follow-up messages. You only receive texts after you give us your mobile number and check the SMS opt-in box on our consent form, in person, or on our website.
Message frequency may vary based on your activity (typically 2–8 messages per month).
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Reply HELP to any of our messages for help. Reply STOP to any of our messages to unsubscribe — you'll receive one final confirmation and no further texts after that.
You don't have to opt in to text messages to buy a membership, book an appointment, or otherwise do business with us. Texting is one of three channels we offer (texts, email, phone calls) and you can pick any combination you like — or none at all.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
